Do I need to be home for the installation or the pickup?
Nope! While we love to meet our customers in-person, we value your time and do not require you to be home for the installation or the pickup of your display.
How long can I rent a yard card for?
Our yard cards can be rented for as long as you need.
How much notice do I need to give to book a yard card?
We ask that you please give us at least a 48 hour notice prior to the celebration date. While we may accommodate bookings given with less notice, we may charge a rush fee depending upon the circumstances.
Can I move the yard card display?
We ask that you do not move our yard cards once they’ve been installed. If there is an issue regarding where your yard card was installed, please reach out to our team as soon as possible.
How do I book a yard card?
To book a yard card you can click the booking buttons on our website or contact us directly at 404-606-2290 or eastcobbyardcards@gmail.com.
What time will you set up and take down the yard cards?
Yard card installations occur the evening before the celebration, after 6 PM. Pickups take place anytime the day following the rental period. If you require a specific installation time, please notify us before the celebration date.
